Freight Will Now Be Charged On Every Order
Effective November 1, 2009, all orders will no longer be shipped via free freight. The promo for free freight was intended to last for 3 months and I had extended it for an additional 3 months. All orders will now be charging freight on every item. The service will still remain the same regardless of freight or not. That means, the order will still be processed within the 24 hours time frame and will be shipped within 2 to 10 business days. The service of processing and delivering the orders has not changed and will still be top priority. If you want your order to be expedited and cannot wait for the packages to arrive within the 2 to 10 business day time frame, please email us before you put your order in and we'll email you a special price quote with the expedited charge
Delivery Inspection & Refusal:
Please inspect your delivery thoroughly before signing any acceptance documents. Should your order appear damaged upon delivery, you can refuse it. You must email our service team immediately to expedite a resolution. Delivery refusals for reasons other than freight damage will subject the customer to restocking fees and return freight charges. Customers who delay delivery for motor freight items will be subject to daily storage fees by the freight company.

with your cancellation or change information. Because cancellations and changes are time-sensitive, please email us as soon as possible to alert us to the situation. A member of our Service Team will send you an email confirming your cancelled order. Please allow us sufficient time to check with our suppliers, distributors and factories to see if the order is able to be cancelled—shipments in transit qualify as non-cancellable.

to enter a Return Request. Processing Return Requests may take up to 15 business days. You'll be issued a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number and instructions regarding where your item should be returned, will be emailed to the address you gave us when you place your order. RGA numbers must accompany your return for credit to be issued. Products eligible for return must be in original packaging with all accessories, parts and pamphlets included. Products cannot have been installed and products, as well as the original box, must be in resalable condition. Please pack to insure safe delivery.
Please note that standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as associated freight costs. This includes reimbursement for freight charges incurred as part of any free shipping policy, as well as return freight back to the designated warehouse. Orders that are refused (for reasons other than damage, defect or vendor error) after shipping has been processed will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred, round-trip. Customers may also be billed for any re-delivery fees incurred as a result of missed delivery appointments. Returns due to defect, damage or vendor error have no restocking fees.
We will notify you via email of your refund once the item has been received and inspected. We will do our best to refund you quickly, but please allow us and our distributors’ sufficient time to complete the return process. Credits can take approximately 14 business days, and will be posted to the original purchasing credit card account.
